Fifteen years after the debut of the award-winning and successful series about cowboys, HBO has announced the premiere of DEADWOOD, a new film that continues the story that was paused in 2006. DEADWOOD will premiere on the 21st of June at 9 p.m. throughout Latin America, exclusively on HBO & HBO GO.
Viewers will be reunited with the series’ unforgettable characters, which meet again after a decade to celebrate South Dakota becoming an official state of the US. As the characters face the inevitable changes brought forth by modernity and the passing of time, past rivalries go head-to-head, alliances become tested, and old wounds – opened.
DEADWOOD is produced by David Milch, Carolyn Strauss, Daniel Minahan, Gregg Fienberg, Scott Stephens, Ian McShane, and Timothy Olyphant; the film’s executive co producer is Regina Corrado. The movie is directed by Daniel Minaha and written by David Milch.
All HBO original documentaries are available anytime, anywhere on HBO GO.
